5 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 liter of water
How to prepare it:
Pour the water in some bowl and heat it until it starts boiling. Add the parsley inside. Leave it soaked like that for half an hour and strain the tea. That is all that you will have to do and you will have your tea prepared. You can always add some honey to improve the taste if you don’t like it.
Parsley is a great antioxidant and has a diuretic effect which means it improves the excretion process and cleanses the body from bacteria, toxins, dead cells and some other harmful substances.
