It comes to easy and effective exercise that you should perform. All you should to is lie in the right position 3 times per a day in a period of 5 minutes.
Dr Fukutsudzi discovered that the main cause of fat in the waist area is variance pelvic bones and sub costal bone. After that he introduced fast and easy method that will help you to get rid of the waist surplus.
Here is the procedure:
- Towel bent to roll and wrap some tape to secure.
- Sit on a firm surface such as floor
- Put the bent towel under your back in level with the navel and then lie down
- Spread your legs in width of your shoulders and bend your feet so you can touch only your thumbs
- Extend your arms over your head, turn the palms down and connect the small finger of your right and left hand.
This probably seems too simple, but actually this position is not easy and comfortable. At the beginning is difficult to reach out the end of the hand, but it is very important to connect small fingers and thumbs on your feet. Lie down for 5 minutes 3 times a day.
If the pain you feel is unbearable, try to stand as long as you can. You will notice the results only if you are performing this exercise every day.
REMEMBER: It is important to remember, that before you get up, first you should turn on side and then to the upright sitting position.

This method is effective but in the same time it is difficult because your bones return to their natural position. If 5 minutes are too long for you to stand in this position, you can start with 1 or 2 and then gradually you should reach to 5. It is similar to stretching and you must do the exercise every day.
Move the roller or towel under the chest to reach the effect on lifting the chest.
Also, put the towel on the part below the ribs to pronounce your waist.
Even when you are lying in this position, the bones and joins are movable, and in order to avoid sudden getting up, first on the side and then sit and then stand up.
