You will be needing:
1.5 liters of low-fat cow’s milk (domestic)

First you need to boil the milk. After boiling you need to leave it to cool down to 160 degrees (this is important – the milk is not supposed to be warm, but hot). Add 2 tablespoons of green tea afterword.
Cover it and leave it like that for 20 minutes, then strain and drink. This beverage should be consumed during the day one cup every 2 hours. Tea with milk is absorbed better, because tea facilitates the digestion of milk and milk alleviates the effects of caffeine. Meanwhile drink non-carbonated spring water.
