Beetroot is one of the best sources of iron! Combining beets with carrots boosts the absorption of iron while Brewer`s yeast is added to help with your body’s natural iron absorption. Ultimately, besides adding a unique flavor, lemon also assists in improving nutrient absorption.
- 4 medium-sized beetroots
- ½ lemon
- 4 carrots
- 2 tbsp Brewer`s yeast
Wash the beetroots, lemon, and carrots thoroughly before running them through the juicer. When done, stir in the brewer`s yeast and drink right away. For optimal results, drink this juice on an empty stomach.
2. SPINACH, BEETROOT AND BERRY JUICE
This juice is packed with iron content! It is also abundant in vitamin C, which is needed for optimal iron absorption.
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 beetroot
- 1 cup of of red berries

- 3 small radishes
