Painful knees and joints are a problem that affects many people worldwide. Though mostly occurs in old age, it can occur at any age because of poor posture or wearing uncomfortable shoes!

This recipe consists of ingredients rich in bromelain, vitamin C, magnesium and silicium that not only soothe painful knees and joints, but also strengthen the tendons and ligaments.
You will need:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oat flakes
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 cup pineapple cut in cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup crushed almonds
- little honey
Place the oat flakes in a pot with water and let it cook for few minutes over medium heat.
Move a side to cool the mixture before adding it in a blender. Add pineapple, almond, cinnamon, orange juice and honey to taste in the blender and mix all well, adding a little water until you have the desired consistency.
