The first group ate oatmeal for breakfast, the second consumed fruits and the third drank water for breakfast. Their foods were limited to 350 calories. All groups ate the same lunch. Unexpectedly the first group had fewest cravings through the morning and afternoon that proved oatmeal breakfast to be the most effective for the people who want to lose weight. The participants of the others groups were already hungry after three hours from their breakfast.
Oatmeal stimulates weight loss and reduces the intake of calories by 30-50%.
